NewView 8000

Optické profilometry od předního výrobce Zygo řady NewView 8000 jsou výkonné interferometrické systémy nové generace s technologií Coherence Scanning Interferometry (CSI), která kombinuje mód vertikálního interferometrického skenování (VSI - Vertical Scanning Interferometry) a mód měření fázového posuvu interferenčních obrazců (PSI – Phase Shifting Interferometry).

Díky kombinaci těchto metod je možné provádět měření na transparentních i netransparentních materiálech, jako jsou kovy, sklo, polymery, keramika, ale i organické materiály. Lze měřit například transparentní multivrtsvy, hrubé i vysoce leštěné reflexní kovové vrstvy a další, a to bez nutnosti volby módu měření.

Zygo Mx comprehensive software for interferometer workstation control, data acquisition and subsequent analysis. The programmable environment allows optimization of the software and its interface as required. The main advantages of the software are:

Parameters

The NewView 8000 series includes two models, the NewView 8200™ and the NewView 8300™. The NewView 8300 features faster measurement speeds and a triple turret head for additional optical zoom.

These are modular systems, the lateral resolution depends on the lens selected (see Zygo lenses).
