One of the pillars of OptiXs' business, besides the sale of lasers and instrumentation, is the development and production of customized systems. In this way, we complement our broad portfolio of standard products with systems for which no commercial solution can be found or whose application requires an individual approach. What we can do

When implementing custom systems, we draw on years of experience gained from installing and servicing a wide variety of products in our portfolio. In addition to our knowledge of laser technology, our team has expertise in a wide range of areas including physical optics, fine mechanics, 3D printing, electronics and programming. As a result, we are able to provide not only simple integrations but also more complex deliveries requiring sophisticated solutions. It's up to you whether you want a complete turnkey system or whether you just want partial help with some of its parts. Common OptiXs roles in your project include:

How we proceed

Every project is different and so we always emphasise an individual approach in an effort to meet all your requirements. At the beginning, we first get to know your idea and technical requirements. If the implementation is within our capabilities, we will prepare a basic solution concept and develop a financial framework for delivery. Only on the basis of your expressed interest in continued cooperation do we then prepare a detailed system design including an exact quotation. This is followed by development, production, testing and installation of the system according to a pre-agreed schedule. We do not renounce our own creations and we keep a standard 12-month warranty on custom-made systems. We also provide technical support to our customers in the post-warranty period.
