Coherent HighLight DL-HPR
Coherent HighLight DL HPR lasers are compact industrial diode laser systems with high power and fiber beam transmission that offer unmatched convenience and economy for metal processing applications such as plating, heat treating and soldering. With a standard 19" rack mount design and integrated electronics, the laser can be easily integrated into existing systems and is suitable for the space-constrained environments often found in automotive and semiconductor manufacturing. The HighLight DL HPR laser series also uses conduction cooled diodes that do not require deionized cooling water. Finally, the 45% laser source efficiency minimizes power consumption and operating costs.
The HighLight DL HPR series is available in both turnkey and customized configurations for OEMs, along with an extensive range of options that provide the flexibility to integrate into a variety of laser-based manufacturing systems.

HighLight DL HQ
High quality diode laser
Coherent HighLight DL HQ Series products offer a unique combination of high output power and high beam quality from a small diameter (400 μm to 800 μm) filament, making them ideal for keyhole welding and other tasks requiring precise heat application, including surface finishing, plating, 3D additive manufacturing and soldering. In addition, HighLight DL HP lasers offer increased ease of use because their highly reliable conduction-cooled diodes do not require deionized cooling water. In addition, these lasers support plug-and-play fiber replacement by the user, and their web-based interface allows simplified access and control through any device with a web browser.
A wide range of optional accessories and add-ons are available for the HP HighLight DL Series products, providing flexibility in integration and facilitating their use in a variety of environments. For example, climate control of the laser housing allows operation in high humidity environments.
