Custom planar mirrors for 30 J, 30 fs, 810 nm petawatt laser beam

Custom production of 5 pieces of plane mirror substrates with an option for up to 13 pieces in total according to the customer's drawing documentation. The substrates were made of HPFS 7980 mirror grade material, size 440 x 290 mm, thickness 75 mm.

A vacuum compatibility of 1E-6 mbar was required.

Sequential delivery of customer optics as per the framework contract from 12/2020 to 09/2021. Each mirror was delivered including tests performed to demonstrate compliance with prescribed specifications and quality. The reports declared included interferometric measurements of surface quality, micro roughness, S-D report, dimensional measurements including tolerances, and a certificate for the material used.
