The MFP-3D from Asylum Research is a family of atomic force microscopes that excels in a wide range of measurement modes, high resolution and measurement stability, and application flexibility. The comprehensive range of measurement modes combined with the ability to integrate onto an inverted optical microscope makes the MFP-3D a great tool for bioapplications.
In addition to the typical AFM modes, there are, for example, combined modes for the measurement of mechanical, thermal, electrical and magnetic properties or the MicroAngleo™ mode for nanomanipulation and nanolithography.
The MFP-3D family of AFM microscopes consists of:
- The basic, affordable MFP-3D Origin,
- an enhanced version with a wide range of MFP-3D Origin+ modes,
- a dedicated bioapplication model MFP-3D-Bio, and
- the flagship model of the MFP-3D family: the MFP-3D Infinity.
