At the beginning of September, together with the Faculty of Science of Charles University, we organized a one-day workshop for students. The topic was Image analysis and data processing in super-resolution microscopy.
The workshop started with a morning lecture, where not only students were introduced to the principles of confocal microscopy and data processing in theory. In the afternoon, the students tried everything in practice on their own samples, specifically with the help of a spinning disk confocal microscope BC43 from Andor and the analytical software Imaris.
We would like to thank all the organizers and participants for a great event and wish them every success for the new school year.
