The Vero atomic force microscope builds on the extremely high performance, stability and capabilities of the AFM Cypher series. However, it is the first and only AFM with quadrature phase differential interferometry (QPDI) technology. This unique patented innovation allows the Vero to measure the actual tip displacement (not bending), providing AFM results with greater accuracy, precision and repeatability.
