AOKit Bio

AOKit Bio is a set of adaptive optics components from French manufacturer Imagine Optic consisting of a Shack-Hartmann wavefront analyzer (HASO4 First for visible light and HASO4 SWIR for infrared), a Mirao 52e deformable mirror (or other deformable mirror or phase modulator) and adaptive optics software. Choose from the WaveKit Bio feature set (SDK) or fully functional adaptive optics software with a simple user interface. Both software check the functionality of the wavefront sensor and deformable mirror in closed and open-loop modes, and include iterative detection algorithms (3N and phase diversity) to improve the quality of microscopy images. To preserve biological samples, these algorithms are optimized to use the minimum number of acquisitions and to provide results with the highest resolution. AOKit Bio is the ideal choice of adaptive optics system for a variety of microscopy techniques, especially for widefield imaging, confocal, multiphoton, light sheet, STED and SIM microscopy, FCS (Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy) and microscopy using optical tweezers.
