Physik Instrumente has launched two new products this month!
The first is an industry standard from ACS in the form of the G-910 laboratory controller, which meets low power requirements and offers fully integrated electronics with an ACS amplifier in a compact design.
Compared to other control units from Physik Instrumente that are used in industrial automation, the G-910 version is smaller and suitable for specialized applications in laboratories, where users will appreciate not only the small size of this model, but also the pre-integrated amplifiers and connectors that are directly compatible with PI tables.

The second novelty is the V-817 linear table - the very first product of a new product series, now in its eighth year, aimed at industrial automation, which finds its greatest application in the fields of testing and inspection, laser processing (welding, ablation, drilling, micro-machining), metrology, etc.
The design of the high-performance linear table V-817 is adapted to the demanding industrial conditions and is characterized not only by its considerable rigidity and ability to carry heavy loads with sufficient precision and high motion dynamics, but also by the use of high quality components: guiding with recirculating ball bearings, 3-phase linear motor with direct magnetic drive and incremental linear encoder.
An optional accessory is a movable platform that offers versatile mounting options with a triple M6 hole. Driving forces are transmitted directly and frictionlessly to this platform thanks to 3-phase direct magnetic drives, the drives achieve high speeds (up to 3,000 mm/s) and accelerations. The moving platform is removable, which also allows a low table profile (63 mm), which brings advantages especially in multi-axis (XY) combinations.
