In July 2021, we delivered to the research and development centre of Valeo Detection Systems s.r.o. a 6-axis positioning system - hexapod H-811.I2 from Physik Instrumente, including the corresponding powerful control unit and accessories.
The positioning system is used today for high-precision alignment of optical components in six axes, enabling the required resolution and repeatability to be achieved. Precise alignment is essential for matching components used in LIDAR sensors or for quality control of these components. Due to the dynamic work in RnD, the positioning system is used in experiments that are modified with up to a monthly period. The possibility of control via LabView allows to automate the quality control of the components, which significantly saves time.

- C-887.52 - desktop compact controller for the H-811.I2 hexapod with the ability to control two additional independent axes, using vector algorithms and the comprehensive PIMikroMove software
- PIMikroMove user software - a set of commands for all positioning systems from Physik Instrumente, with a complete set of drivers for use with NI LabVIEW. Graphical user input interface and the ability to display scan routines
